The image shows a "worm" representation of pectate lyase C (PDB entry 2pec). The Render by Attribute extension was used to show residue average B-factor values with color (increasing blue to white to red) and worm radius (larger for higher values). Solvent has been deleted. The background and depth-cueing color is sky blue. Subdivision quality was increased to 10 (Effects) and with Shininess, the specular color was changed to white and the brightness was increased to 1.8.
