SPOKE ACE2-ACEI edges

As of 5/18/2020, SPOKE shows ACE(1) inhibitors as binding to ACE2, but further investigation suggests that they are misannotations:

Information balloons report data from BindingDb via ChEMBL:

• K ~38 (presumably Ki in nM) and IC50 1.2,1200 for enalapril (CHEMBL578)
• K ~14 and IC50 9,10,12,23,25 for captopril (CHEMBL1560)

In BindingDB:

• enalapril
• captopril

In BindingDB, I only see papers from the 1980's and 1990's cited for this “ACE2” data, and nowhere in any of these papers is ACE2 mentioned, only ACE.

• J Med Chem 24:104-109 (1981) gives captopril IC50 as 12 nM.
• J Med Chem 24:964-969 (1981) gives captopril IC50 as 9 nM.
• J Med Chem 33:1606-1615 (1990) gives captopril IC50 as 20 nM (also values of 18 and 25 nM given in a table), 800 and 1200 nM for enalapril, and 5.8 and 1.2 nM for enalaprilat.
• Bioorg & Med Chem Lett 4(22):2673-2676 (1994) gives captopril IC50 as 10 nM.
• Bioorg & Med Chem Lett 4(22):2715-2720 (1994) gives captopril IC50 as 23 nM and enalapril (in activated form, enalaprilat) as 1.2 nM.
