We just ran some tests, and these representations are currently missing:

It looks like all the no-color outputs are missing (these were requested in a ticket 06/08/2024 so may have been missed), then several of the PAE and pLDDT outputs are missing.

Wanted to put this on your radar ahead of our meeting this week.  I've attached a spreadsheet with the complete list of outputs that are needed so you have a checklist to work against.
