1980	"""align nothing"" documentation wrong"	jamesjimitchell@…	Elaine Meng	"{{{
The following bug report has been submitted:
Platform:        Windows-10-10.0.17134
ChimeraX Version: 0.9 (2019-03-25)
Description
I'm not 100% sure this is a bug or unclear documentation.
I am using align to compare structures of a transporter in three different states. Aligning the whole structure is fine, but I would like to compare alignment of helices within the structure. My problem is with the command
align #1/a:some numbers to #2/a:some numbers move nothing
When I do this, nothing appears to move, I get an RMSD. However, if I manually drag #2 away from #1, then type the command again, I get the same value. In the documentation, adding move nothing is described as:
""do not move anything; simply report the current RMSD""
If it's reporting the ""current RMSD"", should this not be much higher after I've dragged the second structure away?

Regards,
James
