2405	2dlabels creation/deletion sometimes not shown in Model Panel	Elaine Meng	Eric Pettersen	"Image attached: I created a label with symbols and another with text, then use ""2d delete"" to delete both. They disappear from the graphics window as expected. However, the symbols one is still shown in the Model Panel.  I've also seen the convse problem that I create the label but it is not listed in the Model Panel.  I don't know if it's related to that label being symbols or not.  When I saw that problem, it was with a symbols label and I could select it (showing green rectangle) with ""select #2.8"" but there was no model #2.8 listed in the Model Panel.
