Changes between Initial Version and Version 1 of Ticket #3901

Is this _only_ a problem in my personal build -- or does it affect regular ChimeraX installs? If the former, how do I turn off the dialog?

    6 In my personal build, at startup it brings up the "Update Bundle" dialog for HKCage.  I click Cancel.  Thereafter, every time I start up, it brings up the "Update Bundles" dialog for HKCage.  There needs to be some way to specify "I am not interesting in installing these bundles" so that the dialog doesn't show again until there is in fact something else new to install.
