Okay, the next ChimeraX daily build's rpm will be relocatable. You will need to install using the "sudo rpm -i --relocate /usr=INSTALL_ROOT ucsf-chimerax-*.rpm" where INSTALL_ROOT is where you want to put it. You will need to handle the dependencies separately.
