Description
Would it be possible to update NetworkX to the latest stable release (2.6.2)? It has an improvement to one of its clustering algorithms that I'd like to be able to use. I updated it locally using `chimerax-daily -m pip install --user --upgrade networkx`, but it initially wouldn't import in my Linux machine because it tries to import bz2 (see #4754). I commented out the offending import, which gets me working for testing purposes.
