50	Make oculus window full screen	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	Make the oculus window go full screen without a title bar and window frame.  The wx.ShowFullScreen() call unfortunately moves the window to the primary display on Mac 10.10.  Possibly the wx.EnableFullScreenView() which is a Mac specific call would help but it is currently not in wxPython, only in wxWidgets.
