548	ChimeraX does not quit on Mac	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	"After using menu ChimeraX / Quit or Cmd-Q on Mac ChimeraX windows disappear but the program does not quit and the menus remain on the menubar.  This prevents starting ChimeraX again from the icon.

I never observed this problem with Qt 5.7.0 but it happens more than half the time with Qt 5.7.1.
