Hi Tom,

I like the video! I wonder if it would be helpful to have an option to apply the domain colourign after Tristan's algorithm to the PAE plot as well (e.g., as -togglable- squares coloured in the same way as each domain on top of the PAE plot). When you have more than 2 or 3 domains this will make it easier to see which pairs or subgroups of domains have low or high PAEs between them.
