Description
I showed help viewer, then iconified the help viewer floating panel, then iconified the ChimeraX main window, then uniconified the help viewer panel and closed it, then uniconified ChimeraX, and it gave this error.

Probably it it trying to show the hidden Help Viewer and did not check if it had been destroyed.

Populating font family aliases took 195 ms. Replace uses of missing font
family ".AppleSystemUIFont" with one that exists to avoid this cost.
