    11I tested blastp run on watson with ChimeraX defaults on a length 268 sequence (7u0u chain A), 19 minutes with 1 thread, 5 minutes with 4 threads, using blastp --num_threads 4 option.  Seems worth using 4 threads on AlphaFold version 3 database and NR database ChimeraX web services.

    3 Zach switched the ChimeraX BLAST server to use 4 threads (ticket #7435), and the length 268 test time run from ChimeraX took 4 minutes 45 seconds.
