    36  I can not reproduce this with "open 2d2i" on Windows nor Linux.  And I
    37  didn't find any memory errors with valgrind.  So maybe this a macOS bug.
    38  Or maybe your copy of 2d2i.cif is corrupt.  Or maybe one of the residue
    39  template files is corrupt.

    41  What is the output from the following two commands:

    43      sum ~/Downloads/ChimeraX/PDB/2d2i.cif

    45  and:

    47      sum ~/Downloads/ChimeraX/CCD/{NAP,SO4}.cif

    49  Those are the checksums for the 2d2i.cif and the non-standard residue
    50  templates it needs.
