98	Too many PDB missing LINK residue error messages	Tom Goddard	Eric Pettersen	"Opening a PDB file with LINK residues referring to atoms that don't exist  causes a separate modal error dialog for every LINK record.  These errors should just be logged warnings, preferably limited to at most 5 with another messaging saying there were 1045 more such warnings.  As it is now it is very annoying to attempt to click Ok to all the modal error dialogs.

I've attached an example file with 7 LINK records written by Chimera 1 after chains B-E were deleted from pdb 3lu0.
