* Phenix barbed wire
 - Demonstrated color-coded Alphafold 2 prediction categorizing residues.

* Phenix find reference
 - Demonstrated search of PDB using an input structure for structures Phenix can use to create refinement constraints.

* Match-align
 - Demonstrated 100x speedup of match-align computation of multiple sequence alignment from aligned structures.
 - New implementation is in C++ while Chimera version was in Python.
 - Still is limited to less than about 10 structures.
