     28* Qt 6.3
     29  - Everyone agreed we should risk updating Qt 6.2 to 6.3 for ChimeraX 1.4.

     31* File history on Mac, "No internet access"
     32  - Daily build file history and quick start cxcmd links give "no internet access" error.  Ticket #6449
     33  - Eric and Elaine and TomG and Zach all have seen this.
     34  - Happens sometimes with daily build, sometimes with developer build.
     35  - Looks like an uninitialized memory error.
     36  - Greg suggests there are Qt web engine scheme registration options for local file access and cross-origin requests.
     37  - Need to fix this bug for ChimeraX 1.4 release.  Zach will work on it.

     40  - Have not received any of these crash reports in daily build with python 3.9.11, in ChimeraX about 10 days ago.
