Discussion

• Qt 6.9 not saving custom colors on Windows
  • Qt 6.8 and earlier saved custom colors created with the Windows native color chooser.
  • With Qt 6.9 they require the app to save and restore custom colors.
  • Eric will look at adding custom color save/restore.

• SciPy missing symbol on macOS 12
  • User trying CiliaBuilder got a missing symbol error importing SciPy.
  • ChimeraX and SciPy supposed to work on macOS 12 or above.
  • Problem appears to be that a SciPy version that requires macOS 14 was shipped with ChimeraX (daily build).
  • This bug was reported 10 months ago and Zach commented that he fixed it. Maybe fix got lost and needs to be reapplied.
