* Decide on numpy, PySide, Python updates for 1.12 (3.13 or 3.14?)
* Brainstorm about log performance, #9909
* Chimera not working with macOS 26, graphics pane positioned over command-line.

* Make Chimera end-of-life bug report and registration changes.

= Discussion =

* Web accessibility
 - Greg reports current rbvi siteimprove score is 76.3/100 or 86.5%.
 - Looking for a Swishy page missing html language tag.
 - Still working on A and AA issues, but may need to look at AAA to improve score.

* Log performance
 - Discussed how to reduce large log size, for example, by linking old logs instead of embedding with disclosure triangle.
 - Tom suggests creating a test case that demonstrates the problem.
 - GUI Log code appears to only append messages to a file and a separate Qt HTML process renders.  So not clear why this would slowdown ChimeraX even with large log.
 - Eric will ask Tristan for an example.

* OpenFold 3
 - Tom testing OpenFold 3 structure prediction as an open source alternative to Boltz.
 - OpenFold development focused on replicating AlphaFold 3 rather than novel features.

* Chimera Mac graphic mispositioned
 - Eric found window system app deactivate event that happens when Mac resize panel pops up and fixes the graphics position.
 - Next will see if he can replicate that event.
