• Toolshed update caching to reduce database load.
• Decide on numpy, Python updates for 1.12 (3.13 or 3.14?)
• Chimera not working with macOS 26, graphics pane positioned over command-line.
• Work in progress reports

• Make Chimera end-of-life bug report and registration changes.

• How to make toolshed dependency on daily build
  • core >= 1.12.dev202603100000
  • Needs all digits after dev

• Toolshed caching
  • Not updating when new bundle added. Needs debugging.
  • Does update daily.

• GPU nodes
  • 3 GPU nodes have been moved to same rack in Byers 101.
  • Tom Ferrin is getting Josh to configure cisco switch for GPU node private network.
  • After switch configured, ethernet cables to plato in a different rack will be placed.
  • Then install Rocky 10 on GPU nodes.

• Web accessibility
  • Greg has not heard back from UCSF IT on next steps to remediate videos and pdfs.
