coordset slider doesn't have changed number of coord sets

Description
The coordinate set slider doesn't handle a change in the number of coordinate sets, cause for example by running the MD-smoothing script with a stride > 1 (https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/trac/chimera/wiki/Scripts).

Coordinate set slider now replaces itself if the number of coordinate sets changes.
