Script that loads many files replaces all of file history

Description
Running a script that loads many PDB files fills up file history. Probably files loaded by scripts should not be included in file history. Also nogui mode should probably not add anything to file history.
Even worse, when it is a nogui script all of the file history thumbnails are gray since it could not record images in nogui mode.
