Description
volume command fastEncloseVolume option gives the wrong result if a subregion of the volume is shown.  The code is using the histogram for the subregion to compute the threshold but computes the number of voxels that should be above the threshold based on the full volume.  The enclosedVolume option always works on the full volume.  Probably it should also work on the region shown.

Fixed.

Made both fastEncloseVolume and encloseVolume set the surface level to enclose the specified volume for the shown subregion.
