Description
Hi, This may be not a bug, I'm sorry to bother you. In the chimerax version 1.6.1, I can not delete a hydrogen bond with C==O of a peptide bond. I tried to select the amino acid before the peptide bond and after it, it seems that I can not select it and hide the hbonds. Because the donor amino acid was recognized to generate two hydrogen bonds, the other is right. So I can not just select the donor amino acid and delete it, is there any way to select a peptide bond I don't know? or is there any way to use my own hydrogen bonds file? Thanks for your time. I would appreciate any reply. Best wishes, Wanlong Hu
