We noticed and (we think we) fixed this issue ​four days ago on 08/15 -- your ChimeraX is from 08/13. Can you try the newest daily build and let me know if your issue persists?

Actually, try _tomorrow_'s. I just read a bug report with a different error that I had to fix.
