Volume viewer histogram markers invisible in image style

Description
The small square controls on the volume viewer histogram have lost their black borders making the white squares on the white background invisible.  Apparently changes to support dark mode broke this.

The volume viewer histogram controls are a heavily used interface that is crippled by the controls to adjust the brightness curve being invisible. Let's get this fixed and put out a 1.11.1 point release. I was planning on showing tomography viz at Biohub in a few weeks and it is embarassing that the user interface no longer functions -- I couldn't even find a decent work-around to adjust the display of tomograms.
