Hi

Since a couple of weeks we have some trouble accessing 
https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu/ to install the tools.

any idea what could be wrong ?

Hi François,

Thanks for reporting this problem. There was an issue with the toolshed *this morning*, but that is resolved now and the toolshed is working. The problem certainly hasn't been going on for weeks. Maybe try again?
If the toolshed still doesn't work, it must be something with your site or the network between your site and the toolshed. What error do you get exactly? Can you get to ​https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu in a normal web browser?
