AlphaFold database fetch fails on uniprot entry P29474 which used to work.  It appears AFDB removed the v4 version of the file.  The v6 version of this entry exists.

Fixed.

Apparently the AlphaFold database deleted the v4 file for P29474 although the v6 file now exists. I had changed the current AFDB version to v6 a few weeks ago by updating the json file on plato that ChimeraX checks for the current version. But I added a new key to that json file that caused ChimeraX 1.11 and older versions to ignore it, while the daily build used it. To make the older ChimeraX use v6 I have removed that extra key from the json file, and made a new json file to handle AFDB isoforms that is now used by the daily build.

I see there is still a problem with my fix if you use both ChimeraX 1.11 and the daily build. The ChimeraX 1.11 version will update the AFDB version to v6 using the json file it fetches from our server. But then if you use the daily build a day later and it updates from the json server, it erases the "v6" from the settings on your computer because "v6" is the default in the daily build and settings don't remember default values. Then if you try to use ChimeraX 1.11 after it will revert to using its default version which is "v4" and that will fail to find some AFDB entries. Until 24 hours later then ChimeraX 1.11 will update the version from the json file so it knows about "v6". Not sure how to fix this. It is probably a pretty rare circumstance and so I may not fix it.
