Description
I installed XR3D version 0.9 from Toolshed.  It set you must restart ChimeraX.  I clicked Restart Now.  It did not restart after a minute and when I started ChimeraX it shows it is still at XR3D version 0.7 so 0.9 did not get installed.

Summary: ChimeraX bug report submissionToolshed install "Restart Now" does not start or install XR3D bundle

After the failure of Restart Now, I again tried to upgrade XR3D from 0.7 to 0.9 and chose Restart Later. Then when I quit and restarted ChimeraX it properly installed XR3D 0.9.
