Description
Good afternoon, I'm reaching out because I'm encountering trouble with ChimeraX downloads from your site. We recently renewed our commercial license, but I've found that the most up-to-date license text fails to allow downloads of the software, producing an error of "invalid license digest". I've tried pasting all of the license text between ---BEGIN_LICENSE--- and ---END_LICENSE---, both inclusive of these lines and without, and being careful to eliminate any extraneous spaces or line breaks at the end. Could you provide any insight into what's going wrong here? Many thanks, Josh

Hi Joshua, Your license expires today but I tried it just now at the commercial download page and it works fine for me. Sometimes a mail program such as Mail.app on Mac will convert the domain in the license key (e.g. "pfizer.com") into an URL and insert https:// or whatever in front of it but when you just paste it in as plain text and omit that it works fine). Anyway it is working for today. I do not want to put your details into this publicly available bug tracking system but I will forward you in a couple of minutes the email message with the original instructions and license key that I sent you 3 years ago. That's what I copied the key from just now and it worked fine. The mechanism is the same since I used the commercial download page to test, so we don't know of any reason it wouldn't work for you.
