Description
Currently menu entry Tools / Structure Prediction / AlphaFold Error Plot sounds like it is just for AlphaFold predictions. It in fact works with Boltz, OpenFold, ESMFold and AlphaFold 2 and 3. It would be less confusing if it were called "Predicted Aligned Error Plot".
I think I should add that menu entry and keep the original AlphaFold Error Plot since many people are accustomed to using the older name.

Made menu entry Predicted Aligned Error Plot a synonym for AlphaFold Error Plot.

The window title still says AlphaFold Error Plot but I think this is ok.
