Description
Hello folks! Error message pops up when I close ISOLDE's "help" window.

It looks like you should change this line:
if self.tool_instance.tool_name == "Help Viewer":
to:
if self.tool_instance is None or self.tool_instance.tool_name == "Help Viewer":

Hi Hamish,

Thanks for reporting this problem. It should only happen if a dead/closed tool is somehow still showing its tool windows. I cannot reproduce the problem using ISOLDE 1.12. It seems that you are using ISOLDE 1.13.dev0. Do you still get the problem if you use ISOLDE 1.12? If so, what are the steps exactly?

I’m getting the distinct impression that Qt 6.11 is seriously underbaked. I
keep seeing unpredictable weirdness with tool windows (apart from my
existing resize-bug report, I had a couple of instances today when the
Volume Viewer turned up overlapping the top left corner of the main window
rather than properly docked.
