glClear: invalid framebuffer operation

Description
ChimeraX crashed - it opened a crash report window, but the fields were 'dead' (could not enter text or highlight text). It was running on a mac M4. this system force logs the user out, so I suspect that may be related. I had to use force quit to terminate. I attached a screenshot of the frozen crash/report.

This crash is due to a bug in the Qt window toolkit. We put code in ChimeraX 1.12 to avoid it, so if you update to the current ChimeraX you should not see it again.

Regarding the frozen Bug Report panel I think what happens is that the glClear() error dialog keeps popping up even after you press the Report a Bug button because the error keeps recurring. And the error dialog takes the focus so you can't type in the Bug Report dialog. If you uncheck the "Show this error again" button in the error dialog then it won't keep popping up and the Report Bug button will work.
