Fixed.
Deleting some residues or atoms from predicted structure then mousing over PAE plot, then deleting more residues and atoms and mousing over PAE plot caused this error. It took two deletions and two mouse hovers to cause this error explaining why we have not seen it before. Fixed by making sure previously deleted atoms/residues handled correctly by PAE plot code.

Appears that deleting some atoms of an alphafold structure and then mousing over a PAE plot for that structure can produce this error when it does not find the residue or atom corresponding to the mouse position on the PAE plot. Should be easy to fix.
