"cartoon" doesn't recognize nucleic acids

Description
Tested with DNA (1bna) and RNA (5hr6). The command "cartoon" or at least "cartoon scale" and "cartoon xsection," do not recognize the nucleic acids and don't have any effect on their cartoons. However, "select nucleic" does work to select them.

Fixed in [develop 491cf14]. An if/elif/else was written as if/if/else.
