Hey Joe,

This bug is fixed on the GitHub version, which I hope to release by Monday.
It was added in 1.7 when I restructured how data from QM output files is
stored, which allowed for saving the data to ChimeraX session files. The QM
Input builder was checking to see if the file has a charge and multiplicity
associated with it, but I forgot to update it to grab that info using the
new method in the 1.7 version.
