Done.

Made volume command option "orthoplanes off" revert to imageMode "full region" if the current volume image mode is orthoplanes. Likewise made "boxfaces false" revert to full region if current mode is box faces, and "tiltedslab false" revert to full region image mode if current mode is tilted slab.
